1. About these terms

These terms apply to services provided by Digital Buddy PK (“we”, “us”) to clients (“you”). A written proposal or quotation accepted by you, together with these terms, forms our agreement. If they conflict, the accepted proposal takes priority.

2. Project scope

Each project’s deliverables, timeline and price are set out in a written proposal. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.

3. Approvals and feedback

Projects progress through stages that require your approval. Delays in feedback or content may move the timeline. Revision rounds included: [Confirm before publishing].

4. Deliverables

We deliver the items listed in the proposal. For websites, this typically includes the website files, access to the WordPress admin and handover documentation. For software, deliverables and licensing are set out in the proposal.

5. Payment terms

6. Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of custom designs and content created specifically for you transfers to you, except for third-party components (such as themes, plugins, fonts, stock images and libraries), which remain under their own licences, and our pre-existing tools and code, which we license to you for use in your project. 7. Hosting, domains and third-party services

Hosting, domains, plugins, payment gateways, messaging services and other third-party services are governed by their providers’ terms and may have their own fees. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by third-party providers.

8. Maintenance and support

Maintenance and support after launch are provided only under a separate maintenance plan or agreed hourly rate. Plans describe their exact scope and any response times.

9. SEO and marketing results

Search rankings, traffic and sales depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and competition. We do not guarantee specific rankings or results.

10. Limitation of liability

11. Cancellation
